At Putt Snipe Celly (PSC), we use "Small Batch" and Pre-Order runs to bring you custom, hockey-inspired designs without the massive corporate markup. This model allows us to keep our "Honest Prices" promise to the community.

Small Batch & Pre-Orders

When you lock in a Pre-Order, you’re securing gear that is currently in production or high-demand items headed to our Colorado warehouse.

• Payment: We collect 100% of the payment at checkout to secure your spot in the run. This ensures your gear is reserved and helps us keep our operations lean and our quality high.

• Cancellations: We’re happy to cancel your order for a full refund as long as the Batch Window is still open (check the specific product page for the "Orders Close" date). Once the Batch Window closes and we move into the manufacturing phase, we can no longer cancel the order as your gear is officially being built.

• The "No Chirp" Safety Net: If you receive your pre-ordered gear and the fit isn't "Beauty," don't sweat it. You are still covered by our standard 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy once the item arrives at your doorstep.

• Shipping & The "Split-Ship" Promise: Check the product page for "Estimated Ship Dates." If your order contains both in-stock gear and a pre-order item, we’ll ship your in-stock gear immediately and follow up with the pre-order as soon as it lands—at no extra shipping cost to you.
