Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $99 or more (before tax). 

Orders under $99: $8 flat-rate standard shipping

Want it faster? Shipping upgrades available on any order:

  • Priority Mail ($10): 3-5 business days total

  • Express ($20): 2-3 business days total

Upgrades apply to your entire order.

 


 

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: All orders ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timeframes (from ship date):

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3-5 business days

  • Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

  • Express: 1-2 business days

Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Small Batch,Made-to-Order & Special Releases 

From time to time, and for select items in our lineup, we produce gear specifically for you after your order is placed. This keeps our operation lean, our prices honest, and your gear fresh out of production. 

  • Production Timeline: Each item will clearly note its production window on the product page before you check out. Made-to-order items typically ship within 3-10 business days of your order. Small batch and special release timelines will be noted specifically on the product page. 

  • Delivery: Standard delivery timeframes apply once your order ships; add 3-5 business days for transit. 
  • Mixed Orders (The "Split-Ship" Promise): If your order contains both in-stock gear and a pre-order item, we ship your in-stock gear immediately. We don't believe in holding your whole order hostage while one item is in production.

  • Shipping Costs: PSC covers the additional shipping cost for the second package. You only pay the shipping rate shown at checkout; we handle the rest.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number for your initial shipment, and a second tracking number once your Small Batch gear is headed your way.

 


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at puttsnipecelly.com.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses in the United States.

PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.

International shipping: Not available at this time. Stay tuned—we're working on expanding to Canada.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early). If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at assist@puttsnipecelly.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier and get you sorted out.

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, save the packaging and email photos to assist@puttsnipecelly.com within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement right away.

Stolen packages: We can't be responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but contact us at assist@puttsnipecelly.com and we'll do our best to help.

 


 

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us at assist@puttsnipecelly.com immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. Once it's shipped, we can't modify the address, but we'll help you work with the carrier to redirect if possible.

Double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays or return-to-sender situations.
