1st Period : Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple. Orders of a $99 or more ship free. For orders under $99, it's a flat-rate $8 standard shipping fee. See our Shipping Policy for more detail. If you need your gear to make a weekend tee time, we offer Priority Mail ($10) and Express ($20) upgrades at checkout.
How long until my gear hits my stall?
It depends on if your gear is "On the Rack" or "Custom Spec." Here's the scouting report:
- In-Stock Items (Ready to Play): These are packed and sent over the boards within 2 business days. Once they hit the road, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow the play from our barn to yours. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Made-to_order Items (The EQM Treatment): These aren't just sitting in a box; they're produced specifically for you. Our Equipment Manager needs 3-10 business days to spec and prep your order before it ships. Combined with shipping, it can take up to 15 business days to arrive. It's custom beauty gear; worth the extra ice time.

Do you cross the "boarder" to play?
We don't ship to the Great White North yet, but we're working on the paperwork. Currently, we are strictly playing in the U.S. (all 50 states + PO Boxes). Stay tuned--we plan to expand to Canada soon.
What if the fit or look isn't "Beauty"?
We want you to love your gear and feel game ready. You have 60 days from your order date to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed gear with the tags still attached.
- For Exchanges (Size or Color): We split the effort. You handle the 'ride' back to our Colorado warehouse, and we cover the shipping to get the new size or color back to you.
Bonus: Email us when you start the return and we'll "set one aside" for you for 7 days so it doesn't sell out. - For Refunds: If you're hanging up the skates, return shipping is your responsibility. Once the gear passes inspection, we'll refund the purchase price of the gear to your original payment method. (shipping fees cannot be refunded)
Note: Exchanges are for the same product type only (e.g., Polo for Polo). If you want to swap for a different type of item, please follow the refund process and place a new order.

What if the gear doesn't hold up?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 90-Day Quality Guarantee. If you run into a manufacturing defect (stitching or fabric issues) within 90 days of purchase, email photos and your order number to assist@puttsnipecelly.com. For confirmed defects, we'll provide a prepaid return label and get a replacement out to you.
If the item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund (including your original shipping) to get you squared away.
I didn't receive the pass. Now What?
Sometimes carriers mark the play 'complete' before the final buzzer. Give it 24 hours. If it still hasn't shown up, email us and we'll file a claim with the carrier, help with the replay review, and try to locate your gear.

How does PSC gear fit?
Our fit is Modern Athlectic. It's designed specifically for the hockey player who golfs--providing enough room through the chest and shoulders for an unrestricted follow through, but tapered for a contemporary silhouette that doesn't loo like a tent.
How do your products compare to other brands?
We’ve done the replay review on the industry standards so you don't have to. PSC fits true-to-size and is comparable to the fit you’d find in TravisMathew, Puma Golf, and Johnnie-O. If you wear a Large in those jerseys, you’re a Large in ours.
I'm typically between sizes. Should I size up or down?
If you prefer the standard athletic look, stay true to size. If you like a bit more bench space or a relaxed vibe, size up one. To be 100% dialed in, check the specs on our size chart before you pull the trigger.
What is the "Performance" in your performance apparel?
We meet the gold standard of the game. You’re getting 4-way stretch for a full range of motion, moisture-wicking tech to keep you dry under pressure, and SPF protection for those marathon days in the sun. We look for materials that offer that technical edge while maintaining the structure and "Beauty" of a classic street piece.
Will my gear shrink in the wash?
Our gear is built from premium blends designed to hold their shape, but high heat is the enemy of any dialed-in fit. To keep your threads looking "Beauty" for the long haul, wash cold and tumble dry on low—or just hang it up like a game-worn jersey.

We’re a Denver, Colorado brand, born and bred in North Denver metro. When we aren't at the warehouse, you’ll catch us at the local munis or hitting the ice at the Blue Sport Stable and Ice Centre At the Promenade.
